Order Processing:
All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment queue within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). You will receive an automated email confirmation with a live tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.
Shipping Timelines:
To bring you the lowest possible prices on trending products, we source and ship directly from global fulfillment hubs.
• Standard Shipping: Please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery following processing.
Tracking Information:
It can take 2 to 3 business days for your tracking number to fully update in the carrier's system after it is generated. If your tracking status appears stagnant, your package is still safely in transit!
Address Corrections:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice a typo, contact support@prime-drop.net within 30 minutes of placing your order to request a correction before fulfillment begins.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
PrimeDrop is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
