Return & Refund Policy — PrimeDrop
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all retail tags attached.
• Products showing any signs of customer wear, alterations, or damage are not eligible for a return.
• Final Sale Items: Undergarments, custom/personalized products, and items purchased during clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@prime-drop.net with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Do not ship items back to the address on your package shipping label; our team will provide you with the correct fulfillment return hub address.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
